REAL STORY ON THE BUSINESS

I am small convenient store owner this year is worse year may be for business people, so far i know it's was a bad year is last year 2008 many  small business people loose money

Why i loose money because business is not on main road also many people moved as  black african american and white indian american and other white not spending moneyaand hispanic spending money !

Also i do not have some local distributer whoever stop by they are following

Budweiser,corona,miller,two wine distributer and other for food as fritolay,bimbo,marinela,dixiebelle ice cream,hispanic two vender for hispanic product,for cigaratte o buying for sams club and other some food drink also coming from sams club

My customer also visying in sams club they coming in store then they telling me this candy is  in sams club is 60 cent cost why is here 99 cent's

It'sfunnny people and funny business

Some time i got a hard time to handle customer when they got a bad attitude and misunderstanging

Some time customer chalanging they not visiting in my store why so high price here walmart is cheeper

Some time they not wait for my story i can explain this store is emergency and convenient store for you so you can shop quick and you  do not have to go far if they need one or two product it's waste of time to go out side and travel far this store located in small community where people earn money in house constuctionthey willgot a pay like so high like $12 ,$14 some one i talk to customer they said he get a paid $20 i said it's good money

But when they not shopping regularly in my store then it's effect on me htey save lot's of moneybut they not spend in small neighborhood and also out side of main road people they do not know that i got a store in sccessrod in small community,so finally i got a limited customer here in store last year in winter i got a avarage customer per hour was 8 customer it;s reduced this year4 customer some time 3 customer avarage  in hour it's too low compaire to out side gas stationn ,in gas station customer visiting  per minute 3 or four and i got acustomer in hours ! it;s huge diffrent

My customer they do not know they can not figure out what is business and how is business work !

They know only what they can find cheaper but in 200 house community may be every day about 50 houses will visiting in my store mostly hispanic and they are mostly all good respective people

I do not understand why white and Black people not viting in my store

out side of store their is a one gas station seling so cheep and they add may be 4 % profit margin in beer and i add and Other store adding 20 % profit margin 12 hour and about72 customer= 6 people is not enought for running this buiness ,i need a more customer but some of the bad customer coming in store and they telling my other customer were in storethey first try to talk to cutomer when they are in line for waiting to purcghase product then they telling you pay this amount here  no stop go out side in other gas station is here they are selling cheap and they atre some of four cheap people breaking my business it was wonder full business i got in 2002 and 2003 but that time kid's and teen ager was use to steal cany in 2002 i loose like 5000 $ instealing but ens of year i am not earn aything first year i increase groceryand put money in investment

(3-18-2009=7:05 pm) hispanic boy vist at store garb frito lay chittos price stamp mark on bag $1.29 and food tax  2% so $1.32 kid's do not have a money than i said put it back that time hispanic adult camand he put beer on counter and he ask boy how much money short ? i said he got one doller i need 32 cents more he put his hand in pocket and said he do not have any money and he put it back beer in cooler and he go out side in van and he give it some change for kid so he can buy cheetoshe paid that man left home in this neighborhood and come back with money and buy two 24 oz beer can (7:15 pm)

kid's they are funny they enjoy in her/his age between 10 to 18 they are not serious about anything this is time to play and entertainment

march19,2009 = 10:45 pm, one hispani coming in store and ask for marlboro cigaratte,i charge $4.65  plus tax is 7.25%=total 4.99,he said why is 4.99 i paid last time $4.65 so why is today$ 4.99 he give me $ 10 so i give him 5 doller bill and panny he keep lookin mr nd looking on register and teling me he paid without tax last time $4.65 and i said imposible i charge tax and everybody paying tax if you get it with $4.65 and you not pay tax then you are lucky i said this is the my price i explain to him before two week price increase in usa mean in whole country(it's increase here in my town at sams club is $7.10 on monday march-2-2009)  he keep arrgument with me he blaming i am raising price,  price not up and also he  blaming for cheating other store cross to my store selling with tax$4.85 and i am selling $4.99 with tax before he left he said store is cheating i am not come back on store

*posible i loose customer because many product price going upand this business efected because i am not on main road this store located in access road it's call service road this  local road out side and access road going together but  before trafic light it's turng right and few 250 feet away it's office building brick buildingunit A is office and unit B is a store and Unit C is a laundramate aand beside next to this road let you further in side in neighborhood they leave in mobil home it''s look like train comparment

6:45 pm customer they calling me"arturo"is hispanic name but i am not hispanic ?kid's come in said come oout side i go outsidei see they are loughing other 16 year boy he slide basketball insude in tshirt or jersy in make a two woman breast  an see that funny one boy you wanna press it i said nothing and said no and they left they walk like this out side in neighborhood

7:10pm mexican boy came in store pick up the bag offrito lay and said this is one doller  he is still here and my wife  workin here she said it's $2.89 and he put it back that bag and pickup $1.29 price fritolay product and paid,while typing this message and 7:11pm he's left

8:09 pm those kids come back and start to give me hard timeone boy  said other boy asking that he can turn off store light  i said no,many time they come to store and turn off and back on stotre light while i working behind counter and take care customer ,they did it again they turn of light then back on then other kid's come and turn off light and turn on,erica son was paying money what ever he purchased he  said to other boy stop please do not do that,he's little beat mature,it was a few boy in side two boy buy glass bottle of cock and they need to open i given opener when kid paying money my attantion on register chargong amount and subtootal enter amount whatever customer pay and give it to change while i am bussy (i call one boy hispanic is (panjabi)son because his mama telliing me her friend working with her so and she like punjabi dress)panjabi boy pick up coca cola bottle and walk away  then i talk to him asking  did you pay for that he not say anything but other boy said i paid for that other two boy was bought before panjabi boy stolen cocacola passing bottle of theary is make me cofused but i am not confused do mean i'm fool,nothing i can do

My Idea:(my comment) what i belived: two bottle customer open up what ever paid when third bottle hispanic not paid that bottle when they go out side close cap he pass it to other kid's that kids left during while i was in side in store when i walk out and ask some one before one boy who ever purchase bottle and open up cap inside in store he given to the boy who ever one stolen bottle mean who ever purchase botte he given open bottle to shoplifter boy so my picture is open bottle drinking  and both are toghether but close cap bottle they do not have it and they pass to the kid that kid he already run and left kid's they runing all day hang arround here so why they running and which boy runing with stolen bottle i do not know i can  not go behind them,i t's gone is gone small bottle is easy to hide in pocket,i can not blem no body smart shop lifting and quick move

After 10 minute his hispanic father keep stearing me like dog because i was a complain two week's ago that his son stolen candy  two week's ago and my spouse told me  so i have to believe and i got a doubt and after complaining to his father two week age his father was paid two week ago (past presentaion)

My idea: two week ago when i told to his father first he not believe it he said if he steal again let  me know i take care him,i tell him he use to steal lot of small product like candy small bottle coke he pick up product walk out like he is owner of store or this store is his family store or his father store !i tell her father to pay 1.09 cady price and 7.25 % county tax apply so total $1.17 he paid buttoday he steal again mean father can not control his kid's or father llike that his kid's keep stealing from us,what is next step  warning to them ohter wise i have to ban the kid's boy yhis is not happen first time last month also i warn his fathrer that his kid's stealing produc ?

march24,2009 2nd black customer on the day he bought beer cost $1.29 plus taxand other product$1.29 and tax it's come's up total $2.75 he give me $ 5.00dolla ri given change $1.30 when i given to him he said how much i said two item $1.29  plus tax =2.75 and 1.25 is you change he cofuse abou tax ?

march26,2009 2nd customer stay here in neighborhood he bought 32 OZ beer price $1.59plus12 ceent tax=$1.71(7.25 %)he paid 220.00 bill i given $18.29 he keep loking in side in my registerand he said are you allright to day i said no he said every time before he left "catch you latter"and he left i donoot have business in morninghe was 2 nd customer and not have a income but i got !one bill lot's like $15 in one compartment i take out

1:10 pm frito lay vandor came and he given ticket of invoice i check all product then i seat down behind counter (desk) and hid he fill up rack then three expire bag he has to take it out but wrote check and i stand up that time he throw full box of seed in side in  empty box and i said wait what you doing why you take it with you ?i paid for this so why you take it oute said he was bring by mistak extra,i said no when you enter in stor with product then immidaitaly i go with him and counted pieces i know he bring one box  but he said he bring two box of seaseme seedhe wrong but he excuse that he bring two and  i know he bring only one he said what ever one box is mine and i said i going to call in company and complaine about you watch it  !

two year ago (bimbo)hispaniic Vendor given some hispanic  producti worte check then i seat down on floor he come back and stolen 4 Bread then i go out side and catch itthen he excus that the bread was going to expire after two day then i said you have to give me other instead be fore you left i stop his truck before he trying to leave,i have to watch vendor too !

some time customer get it in side in store AND ASKIBNG ME STORE IS OPEN ? I SAID YES STORE IS OPEN AND I TELLING THEM look here did you see this open light (sign) so taht means is open i have to teach customer !

yestersday 03-30-2009 customer trying to buy some thing next to cash registeri have mexican pastry bread rack he was looking something and he pick up food and looking my register at the time in my register time was 10:57 amhe keeep thiinking and feel like nurves and then he ask mme how much for this ? i said $1.29and he keep looking at register time 10:57 am then i told him i did not charge for tat food on the register you looking it;s a time not amount of food that you trying to purchase i hope he understand bercause i am not speaking hispanic and i clear from register my time so he can understanfd and charge food price then he said ok he wanna buy ? !

my wife working in store and help me then i have to go out side to buy some product for store or for my home grocery or other personal problem when i open door and going in my car i am not locking my door because store is open and my wife is working that time the customer in parking lot asking "are you closed ? i said no its open some time customer said andy body in side thebn i have to said my wife is inside ?

wow:yesterday hispanic custiomer coming he found no beer that he looking fot is not on door i said i fill up door he said it's cold i need a cold beer i said everything in cooler is cold

i walk out side of store on hispanic passing ftont of store he thought to get in store and vuy ,he came in syidein store,keep it 12 pack beer on coubteri charge 12.99 plus tax = total was $13.89 he give me $10 bill and waiting for change i said $13.89 he check on cash register screen and given more $4 when i rtake tjose four doller that time he try to take away $10 bills i said it's mine you have  to pay $13.89 you pay me $14 so i give it to you 11 cent change

1:05 pm black man come and he keep 3 beer ion counter and walk to check price on front of beer door and coming front of counter said he wanna paid saperate forr beerhe keep two beer 16 oz and other side smirin off 24 ozand i char for two 16 oz and said $2.66 with included tax and he paid then i charge  dor smirinoff 24 oz $2.79 plus 20 cent tax totl $2.99 and he confuse he do not wanna pay  i said you told me separate so you pay for $2.55 for two 16 oz beer now i do not charge for smirinoff so if  you want then you pay$2..99 including tax and i figure out you means you have to pay for first smirin odd furst and after you like to pay two 16 oz beer je said yes my bad next time ket me knowhe said he paid for all i saod no you paid for those two 16 oz beer not for smirinoff 24 oz beer and he understamd and he paid 42.99 for beer

19:17 pm= three black boy cam one by one they buy candy and chips the last  customer was trouble he bought $2.55 total he given $5.00 so i given $2.45 change after five minute he come back and said he get a $1.45 change so i have to given one doller more ? ! i said i given $2.45 too you he said no then i see my  wife face she not said nothing i open up register and given one doller to him ,what is this means he rob me !

employee vistt at 3:00 pm he get it wages $6.00 per hours  he came is then go in beer cooler to fill up i do not have to fill up any

i told him the beer is out side go and fill up in cooler their is no 12 pack budlight beer in cooler then he said what?

i reapet again then he moved and start workhten i call my wife where she wanna go to day night

then five minute after i come back in store he still seating on chair i saud you wanna do this job moping he agrue with me what ?oi said mop  floor cleaning not done today so instead my job can you do this  he said i do it latter i said you can doit latter but you can seat down latter right now no customer here you do not have to do at night i need to like to do now he keep hand and touch and romove to down means what ? he said i do not car or why you worry about or is not big deal or what bi have to think ?

oi left out then go one block then i call wife we  have to go ware house stor she said it's about 4 pm and it's closing  at 4 then i go back to store find brouser and call it's closing at 4;00

i found student  who's riving car before who ever not driving car they got a difficulty to get her from university to my store about two mile somany student quit in day because traveling problem

August 28,20009 yesterday one customer blast or fall down gallon milk container at middle of door she walk with broken gallon and yeilding to kids was setting in van or suv and she walk by office side and then i go out side and said given to me that broken gallon and get the other one she ask me it's free i said "yes" it's free

today morning i talk to office next door to patricia yesterday night customer break the galllon milk she said i dought my doo got a milk on it i said i have to clean it up she said i told her i will cleaning floor and i fillup bucket of mop that i use to clean up floor and fill up water dump on plaster cement concreat floor and start to surb with sweeping broom and start to clean up 9:30 to 10:30 i spenfd time

blck customer visit at store he ask for price on monster energy dring i said $2.29 plus tax and i ring up in register he open up the can and he given to me credit card i said it's minimum purchse require is $ 5.00 to use credit cardthen he pull up $2.00 from wallet and given to me i siaid total is $2.46 including tax(7.25%) he said let me check may i have some change in truck and he walk out side then come back with 29 cents i said it's still short then i ask what about this can that you open up he said you drink it  ? !he working for dish network and he is stranger for me when he said he will be paying me latter on i said = no

November16,2009 wednesday

customer coming at counter and punch on counter desk and said why in washer machine $1.75 and other machine price is $1.00 and i said relax i tell you we reduce price on machine to $1.25 to one dollar and today morning i found on one machine $1.75 and i call company to change price to machine as $1.00they will coming tommorow,he upset give me my money i said let me check machine and i will give you money back

i go to next door in office and talk to patricia i need help can you come to the store for minute

i explaine front of her if machine broke then let us know and i will give you refund and post out of oreder sign ,i do not know when machine will be breking until customer let use know ?

i keep out of order sign and some one removeand i said i give you money back he show me other machine show upp '0" and not doing any tingi cut of power breker and start again and not changing any thing i said i appologize for that use other machin and i will give you $1.00 for one machine and $1.75 for other machine i given credit and then latter i found $1.75 i given that machine working fine he did not add money

i am rip off and i got a argument with my wife people coming here for cheating and you have to be smart i said i have to given good customer service

December12,2009   customer visit in laundry i got a habit to walk in store and i founded washer machine making noise i founded washer was overloded andi have to tell customer it;s wont work if he/she over load cloth this man said   ok then i expline to tight you have to move other machine and i left then after few minute walk their nothing change then i said again posible machine will be damage can you transfer to other machine and that black man upset said get out "jack ass"he not pay attention to me i walk to the next door in office  and telling to patricia explaine detail,but she won't coming in laudry room  but she coming out of office when customer left she ask me  who is it ? i said he is new person i never she him before then i tellling her to talk to man but she wan't like to talk to man, man come back in store , that time i was stick in on chair after few minute the peron left the laundry room

December14,2009 state low is if id or driver licence cut or it's two peices it's not valid,white boy came in store he present id and he got a cut id and he visit in neighboorhood in some house and all my neighboor know i follow rulls of government,and in neighbor i did not sell cigaratte without id and they get upset and insullting me and telling bad word's,white boy yeilding me : this boy i did not see before and he presented id and ask for cigaratte i said it's not valid id cut id not accepteble and he said he is american and us citizen i know what is the law is ?you do not have to teach me i am over  18 and this is my id i refuse many time,he tellling that my wife will be accepting id check my id and i said no i  am not selling to you then over and over agin he said i am us citizen i a m white and you are  badworse and said you from india i am not from india and it's enought he geting upset and look;s like he will going to take some action i pick up phone and call 911 and talk to police office and then he left,when police come  i said to police he is left case 20091214203500 case time call 8:35 pm

at te work i wrap chirstmas gift and i have to go to next door then beofr i go he come to stor to buy soda and candy after i said business is very slow customer purchase like 125 $ a day and my avarage this week $138 purchase a day and he look upset he wanna say something then he stop and i said new customer moving they want coming in store if they buy some thing i can do better business and then he telling me about what they doing ,he said they reduce rent and more people moving in trailer home ,me and my wife looking each other ,i thing what i have to say to him i thought my self if customer buy 138 dayt mean $45 i make and i have to pay my bill's $5000/30 day =163 a day i am loosing money/ ten i said ya it's bad time it's bad economy !and he left i told my my wife he do not care i gott a community store if they buy ten i earn money iif they not buying and i loosing business then i have to shut down door my balnce going down every month,i not earning profit after new super walmart open about 3 mile away,she said reduce grocrey and shut down and quit,i do not have any buyer intersting on my store every buyer said it's low income and they wish my income like gas station ,but it's not !

also candy gas station sell $1>59 king size and i sell that$1.49 in my store but still customer complain 1.49 is high thye going in gas station ? !!!!!

December27,2009 kids coming at store he going to buy potato chip or fritolay product,he has to pay tax and he do not have enought money 0.99 cent and tax=1.01 and he go out and come beack and said whymy panny bowl is empty i said no body left ny moneyif some one left in then you can et it,he walk out side and come back and said :fuck you "here is your panny he paid to my wife and then i was setting in floor and stand up and tell kid's before he leaving door excuse  me you can not telll bed word  like this you have to respect me i am older then you,both kids loughing and left

two wite guys  visit in laundy  they come with cloth in cloth large bage then they add cloth in washer and they left they go for lunch they ask me what time i closing for lunch and i said 1:30 then i went in lunch i come back after  half hour they ot show up ,my wife work in store then i left out for my personal (eye exam) she call me o my sell phone and said hispanic  man asking for hiis basket i ask i do not under stand she said other two white man was in laundry they come with basket ? i said n then she said this hispanic asking for basket i said two white guy was befor lunch where they are she said they finish laundry and they had a basket i said no they come with cloth bag anfd they took hispanic customer basket icome back to business and talk to hispanic finaly i told him sorry you havre to be stay here and watch your stuff he said ido not care i can get it other basket from "walmart"

i ask him last time you guy's took basket it' was store basket you have to leave here the basket you bring here ? he act like what / he not listen and not understand ! and he left ? !!!!!!!!!!

Second customer looking for lemon and i do not have three  day ago i check in sam it' was $4.95 in bag and in side 9 peices and when i selling with 50 Cent customer complaing that it's 10 cent's in compare food (super market) or other store ! comment: i do not buy because some time moving fast some time slow mand some time lemon skin turn brown then customer not buying then i have to take it home like also other product jalapino and tomatoes wrap in tray !

april18,2009 sunday i open late 10L00 and first cutomer at 10:45, and 10:00 to 6:00 pm =12 customer

last four day business geting so worsti can not go further door will be open many time people going in and going out from neighborhood and i keep looking those black and white people who's not coming in store! if they come then i can earn money in this economy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

last week one white girl came in sore she need beer but she think ber price high then "wilco"gas station and i said no we pay more and this ius small neighboor hood i have to markup high because not enought people leave here or coming in store so i can earn money and she said your cigaratte price like 6 dollar pack i said who's said that ? no which cigaratte she said any i said which one she said marlboro i said is $4.00 and tax 5.40 so is not six posible when customer paid4 6 then he/she got change back 60 cent that they wil not counting and "rumour 'telling other peoplre that we sell cigaratte is $ 6 snd it's messing up my business and it's high then gas station or close to my store name"wilco:' they sell for 4.39 or 4.49 they have vendor whole sale distributor and buy down commision and i did not get it because store won's sell that much what evre cigaratte co recomended20 carton or 300 carton

april21,2010 court day vit court waiting or seat on chaire they call my name 11:30 i did not have to see judge they said guilty then court date is june2 other vise join school and paid court fee 130 and school fee 60=$190 then wait for line and see cashie she ask for day to join school is morning or night and day option select may 3 monday morning
