AT&T IS FRAUD

AT&t  use service in past year and 2008 i disconnected AT&T because they charge unauthorized DSL charge in 2008 and 2010,at the time when they call at home ( incoming call) they talk to my father and i am household person,i am resposible to pay bill whatever they call and make judgement discuss with my father,my father  not understand reason for incoming call and AT&T pledge guilty and they remove charge in 2008 and credited after i decided to disconnected AT&T in december2008,i start service with timewarner for local and domestic call service,some post office problem they not recieving any bill on time i quit

march4,2010 i call AT&T 1800- 222-0300 ofr sresident account,AT&T suggest me to cancle previouse number 704-547-8379 and they will given new number 704-549-1680, service they install appoiment   on 03-10-2010,AT&T associatee hook up line on03-10-2010,AT&T submitted on 03-14-2010 $ 90.24, i mailed check on 03-30-2010

AT&T offfer 19.99 fr line and the bill they told me to add other feature complate choice $6 =total for line 26 (25.99) final charge and i founded 1 st bill cofusation i call AT&T they can not find my account,they told me to call 1-800-657-7500 to find account activity i call them also they do not have any info about account and i process permission to check my account,so i can provided to them to check  my personal information social security and birth day to find my account and the at time they install me with diffrent charge as is $39.99 and i told them i already sgn up you can not sign up again? ! they said they will give discount $10 after 39.99-10= 29.99 bill and plus tax would be arround 37 $,i found next bill in april 26 complate choice and 37.45 is lan line (AT&T make me fool)both charge include bill go up high and second bill 156.48 (i already paid 90.24)first bill they not subtract from 156.48or they not recieving mail on time but still it wouldn't be 156.48,(90.24+29=about119.24)but found bill as is $ 156.48 is not right,2nd bill should be 26 $ and tax 29.00 arrround 29 or 30 (here is trouble start)they saying some thing and doing something i explain operator for cradit but they disconnecting phone many many times,phone call i made for credit and adjustment they not pay attantion,some one said supervisor will going to call home when they call home i am not home they talk to my mother,(i think they authorizing with my mother to activaing authority to start DSL service and is fraud, she not understand (some reason what they tlak to fathe r and authorize DSL service without my authority and i found later on next month charges add up DSL service,i call AT&T i did not given authority for DSL service ,they hold me search and come back and they guilt some one made a mistake and they said they going to process credit on next phone bill,

confirmation:cxdh0kn1 on date 4-27-10 talk to erica,but after every month paying $46.74 still they not recieved payment or they not deduct (minus) from my account and bill going up (i notice in bank check was clear but theynot process credit in bill )and up3rd bill was 134.22 ( posible they not count first bill because they get late )they add up 90.24=sum=134.22,now start DSl addup and after phone call done they have to post credit but it wcredi,4th bill1 $84.10 (i paid 46.74)(they not deducted from my bill act like they not recieved payment of 46.74and i check in bank all check was cleard 90.24+46.74+46.74=183.72so what they had a problem  call At&t they said i only paid 90.24 bill with over paid as 103.50, oh my god they are way back behind in system they can not search and they can not find last two month payment,i request for  credit and they telling me to pay what ever in statement184.10 i keep calling and i am tired when they hang up and switch to diffrent associate july to aug i paid 46.74 and they add up to up 210.37 they never minus balance, what ever i sending payment next august14 statement 238.36,they disconnected service on august10 midnight and august 11,2010 i founded temporary disconnected still they force me to pay $236.94,i am not resposibe to pay i already paid about 277.00 for five month and they need $236 more(278+236=514) or 514/5=102.80 for five month {(march to july or april to august }please help me to resolve misundersatanding charges and request to post credit (charging three time then normal bill) i spend in certified mail or signature confirmation and Photo copy more then 60 dollar to send to at&t, nc department consumer protection,state attorny,prelegal service and bbb,they need to help meout to resolve this problem i requested for cancle account and i send mail to atlanta AT&T bran on april2010,request to dispute charge and i sign up for 29.99 and i paid as 39.99 so they have to apply credit Thank for help bbb <> 08-10-2010 disconnected

All over AT&T charging three time then Normal bill and i can not pay 103 dolar instead  about 35 dollar,I donot have DSL service or usname and psssord or i never use DSL service to connect internet
